This is the by far the best Optometry that I have been too!! Dr. Szeto is so wonderful and kind. My experience with Dr. Szeto made me feel great and comfortable with choosing my contact lens and she wasn't trying to rush me out of the office she took her time. She gave me a recommendation on which contacts would help me best and I'm completely satisfied with their service. The receptionist Maggie was such a sweetheart and made me feel very welcomed. Most fun I've had at an eye appointment in... uh, ever. Dr. Szeto has a great personality, is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain your situation, and options. Even better, I wasn't lectured or judged by her or her staff because I'm a bit careless with my eye care. An easy 5/5

First time on multiple fronts after many years of not needing glasses and time finally catching up to me. Everyone here is just so extremely helpful (and so very very patient), guiding me in as honest and kind a way as you can hope for. To Dr. Cheung, I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to walk me through everything in so easy to understand a way, and helping me find the most appropriate attack plan for my situation. Maria, you have the patience of a saint, thank you so much for bearing with me and my lack of understanding. You are tremendously kind. In general to whoever is reading this, Stein Optometric Center was clean and very strict about their handling of the new way we go about things during Covid. I always felt safe and cared for. If there is any take away here, it is that you feel cared for overall at Stein.

I came here for my first exam in YEARS (yes, I was long overdue!) and I am so glad I did. The friendly staff here made me feel very welcomed.

Dr Raina Cheung was so nice and funny and very informative; explaining all the tests they did on my eyes and what the results were. I was impressed by the technologies they had available to get a full spectrum of my eye health.

What stands out more than anything was the team's friendliness and kindness to me. They made going to the eye doctor enjoyable and dare I say FUN! :)

I walked in here for an eye exam and to pick up a new pair of glasses and I got so much more. Dr. Chung was so good at what she does. She went above and beyond the normal check up. I had some eyelid irritation that I told her about and she took the time to thoroughly check my eyes and determined root cause where as to the optomologist I went to a few weeks back barely looked at my eyes and basically let me go with artificial tear drops turns out I have a stye. I'm so appreciative of the TLC Dr. Chung provided with my visit. We need more doctors like her. She will be my eye doc from this point on. After my exam was done, Maria helped me pick out my glasses. Very patient and very helpful explaining all of the options that came with my benefits. Very sweet person. Great customer service all around. I'd recommend this place to anyone. One of the largest selection of glasses I've seen as well. Conveniently located at the entrance of the mall near Burlington factory. Oh and I want to add, it was a beautiful, large and very clean store. The place smelled great, like new.

I made an appointment to visit an optometrist after finally having some vision insurance and was able to find this location which was conveniently located close to where I live and had great reviews. It's located inside the mall on the 2nd floor next to Burlington. Don't be fooled like me and think that it's a jewelry place because it's not! I walked past it twice lol (good thing I went to get my eyes checked)

I was greeted by Leslie who was very kind and handed me some paperwork to fill out. Once I was done she took me to do some tests before seeing my optometrist. Leslie was very kind and very professional, especially considering I was their last patient of the day. She explained what tests I was going to be doing and even offered optional tests that had a fee but she never pressured me to do them or even made me feel like she was trying to sell it to me, she mentioned how they would help and why she would recommend them but were totally optional. As mentioned she was super kind and very profesional with everything.

After we were done I was greeted by Dr.Cheung who was also super kind and very professional (notice the trend here). We walked through all the tests and she thoroughly explained to me what she was doing as well as show me how my eyes looked from some of the tests I did, she even gave me some eye drop samples to try out. After going through everything she recommended some lenses I would need and told me I would be helped by one of their staff to help me choose some frames and get me finished with paperwork.

Maria came out to assist me and she was, you guessed it, super kind and very professional as well. She showed me all of the options and even helped me pick some frames that I felt good about and that fit perfectly. I've seen a lot of reviews that mention Maria and I was glad I was able to experience her professionalism.

All in all, everyone at this location was, say it with me one last time, super kind and very professional. If you're looking for an optometrist that's gonna help you out and make you feel good then look no further, they'll take care of you here.

Very good services! There is no doubt that they put the safety of customers in the first place at this special time. Every staff member wore a mask, even two masks, and all the equipment was disinfected after each use. I had my vision examination today, and Dr. Raina Cheung provided me with very meticulous service. I am very satisfied. In terms of price, as a cash customer, I can also say for sure that it is much cheaper than other stores nearby.

Optometrist, Dr. Raina Cheung, however, was thorough and methodical in handling my eye appointment. She was careful to explain what I was experiencing and she addressed my concerns. My husband and I went in for an eye exam and loved the staff from the start! Everyone was very nice and very professional. I like that they emailed us the paper work ahead of time so that it can be taken care of before the appointment. Dr. Raina Cheung was so great and made me feel at ease about being color blind when I took the test. She was so sweet and it was the best experience I've ever had with an Optometrist. My husband and I found some amazing frames that we were super happy with and I'm glad they made him feel comfortable after not getting an eye exam for so many years. First time having my eyes examined in years, and this was a fantastic experience. The optometrist Raina Cheung was great. The office is located in the CVS and was very professional. She explained the exams to me and I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I would recommend her for anyone looking to get a eye exam. Also, John the associate from cvs who hlelped me pick out some new glasses was great.
